Exceeding the standards of excellence in precision injection moulding has been our ethos for 45 years, working in partnership with some of the UK’s leading OEMs to help produce world-class products. Although PMP specialise in low to medium volumes to support prototyping through to production runs, there has also been significant investments in processes and capabilities to ensure low-cost, high-volume production.

PMP work to the same high quality and exacting standards, regardless of production size. Our capabilities include 5 manumould and 25 injection moulding machines, supported by a team of highly trained and experienced operators working to ISO 9001 standards and the latest production efficiencies.

Our low volume unit includes low-cost tooling and fast set up, ideal for new product development. Processing a wide range of plastics, this flexible process allows for quick changes in colour or material type with minimal waste.

For medium to high volume production, our skilled operators use a multitude of plastic injection machines to deliver high-quality engineered parts in any quantity. Utilising tooling enhancements and bespoke automated systems to increase loading and extraction time.
